    We've got a developing hypothesis at Mindmatrix. It's a bit controversial but may be spot-on.Channel = Manufacturers, Hardware, Distribution, Physical 'Boxes' moving from place to place, larger partner teams with more mature programsPartnerships = Software, Services that support them, Distribution isn't moving anything physical, smaller partner teams with newer programsAlliances = Vendor to Vendor, could be Hardware with Hardware, Software with Software, OR Hardware (or similar) with Software. Could include Distribution but doesn't have to. They're all strong providers in their own right (Hyperscalers, OEM's, ISV's etc.) Ecosystem matters more for Partnerships than Channel or Alliances. Ecosystem for Channel and Alliances is simpler, though their programs are more complex.Am I right?#partnerstrategy #channelstrategy #ecosystem

Partner-opted content. They only see what they want to see, not what you think they want to see. Quite a change by Komz.#partnerstrategy

Imagine a world of access to data, including a world where your PRM is plugged in as well. The insights, analytics, and decision making improves significantly.
